The series provides behind-the-scenes views of the artists in their studios, homes, and communities. The artists speak directly to the audience, in their own words, about how, why and what they create. The Dahl will host a large screen viewing of Episode 1 - Romance and Episode 2 - Protest with an open forum discussion and wine bar in the theater.
The Dahl is participating in the Art21 Access '07 program, a series of film screenings and contemporary art events presented in partnership with Americans for the Arts during National Arts and Humanities Month.
